And that is in India...not if you are in Montreal, though. You are under contract...heck, that's what my job is as-it-is. And you need to shell out stupid amount of money to get into it. The phone is free, they tell you but hey, I already have a couple of phones with me. We need 2, yes 2, proofs of identity. The worst part is with all this, you need a credit card to apply online. You think a newly-landed-person would have all these ? And so I have taken a decision now...of not having a cell phone connection at all !

1. Packing, planning, repacking, replanning, weighing the packing, last minute additions to the packing
2. Shift the house
3. Catch the flight
4. Roam around in the transit areas waiting for the connecting flights
5. Land. Answer immigration queries
6. Temporary stay in a rundown hotel
7. Report to office groggy eyed
8. Try to do so many things in so little time in the new place
9. Finally, find accomodation. Move in a hurry
10. Open bank account
